PRICES

The apartment rental price in Koszalin regardless of the time and the season is PLN 300 per night.

The apartment rental price in Darlowo depending on the time and the season is PLN 350-450 per night.

However, the exception to this rule is special promotional prices which are published on our Facebook profile.

We charge no extra fees!

We want to ensure your comfortable stay in the apartments for a clear, single fee.

REGULATIONS

1.
The apartment can be rented only to a person (or persons) of legal age, on production and integration into the agreement of personal details to be found in an identity card or passport.

2.
The rental takes place after signing an agreement with one or more persons – tenants. The persons appearing on the contract undertake to abide by these rules and become responsible for the leased property jointly with other persons using the apartment, not appearing on the contract (e.g. children).

The agreement is concluded by making a reservation of the apartment and by making the payment of a deposit to the bank account of Ataner Apartments, on account of the fee payable for the tenant’s use of the premises.

4.
The tenant may withdraw from the contract by cancelling the reservation via the telephone or e-mail. In case of cancellation 7 days prior to the date of commencement of rental, the deposit is refundable in full. In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival – deposit is not refundable.

5.
The rental fee is settled by a guest/tenant personally on arrival/beginning of rental, in advance, for the entire stay, after signing the agreement. The only accepted form of payment is cash.

6.
The apartment-day starts at 15.00 and ends at 11.00. You can change these hours having consulted it with the apartment service staff beforehand.

7.
The apartment can be rented for up to 4 persons.

8.
The apartment building curfew is from 22.00 until 06.00.

9.
The tenant has the right to receive his/her guests but they cannot stay in the apartment within the curfew hours.

10.
Any defects or deficiencies must be reported on the date of commencement of stay; while, the lack of notification shall be deemed an acceptance of the apartment free of any defects or shortcomings.

11.
For the damages, loss of keys or garage door remote control, the apartment service staff has the right to charge the guest based on the estimated value or invoice received from the company removing the defects. In the latter case, a destruction certificate will be drawn up and signed by both parties which will be the basis for the remedy of the damage and its settlement.

12.
All equipment available in the apartment must be used as intended and in accordance with available user’s manuals.

13.
Do not use your own electrical appliances i.e.: heaters, ovens, irons, etc. !!!

14.
Rubbish must be collected in bags available in the apartment and gradually, if necessary, disposed of in the “mixed waste” container, located in the technical room, the key to which is given along with the apartment keys.

15.
Ataner Apartments are not liable for guests’ any personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment.

16.
The tenant will be allowed to use the parking space, intended for a passenger vehicle, located in the building, marked with Ataner Apartments logo.

17.
Ataner Apartments do not provide meals or apartment shuttle service.

18.
Guests must not take any equipment or objects the apartment is equipped with outside of the apartment – it does not apply to beach accessories available in the apartment which are equipped with them.

19.
The apartments operate a non-smoking policy (not applicable to the balcony or terrace), it is prohibited to use drugs or arrange grand events.

20.
Ay possible consequences of the intervention of the security or the police by the fault of the tenant, are his or her responsibility.

21.
Failing to comply with the regulations, the apartment service staff will have the right to shorten the stay or terminate the agreement with immediate effect.
